PUMPKIN PACHADI

INGREDIENTS:
Pumpkin ( 10 inches length ) 1 piece
Grated coconut 1 tbsp
Green chillies 2
Cut Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Fresh curd 1/4 cup
Salt
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal 1 tsp
Preparation Method:
Pressure cook pumpkin piece with outer skin.
When it is cool scoop out the pulp and add it to a bowl.
Add curd, salt, grated coconut and coriander leaves.
Season it with mustard seeds, urad dhal and green chillies.
Mix well and serve with white rice.
PS: curd should be added only before serving.
