Gooseberry Curd Pachadi

Ingredients:

Gooseberry 2

Green chilly 2

Fresh curds

Salt

Seasoning:

Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

Urad dhal 1 tsp

Asafoetida  A pinch

Curry leaves and coriander leaves

Preparation Method:

Remove seeds from gooseberries.

Grind gooseberries, green chillies and salt with very little water.

Season it with mustard seeds, urad dhal, curry leaves  and asafoetida.

Add fresh thick curds and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with white rice.
