URAD DHAL ADAI

INGREDIENTS:
Urad dhal 1/2 cup
Boiled rice 1 cup
Grated coconut 1/3 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chillies 2
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Salt
Preparation Method:
Soak rice and urad dhal in water for an hour.
Grind all the ingredients together with rice and urad dhal coarsely.
Make adai in medium heat.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
