Kambu Adai is a delicious south indian breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
Kambu 1 cup
Boiled rice 1 cup
Grated coconut 3/4 cup
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Red chillies 3
Curry leaves A few
Salt
PREPARATION METHOD:
Soak kambu in water for 8 hours before grinding.
Soak boiled rice in water for one hour before grinding.
Grind rice, kambu, coconut, red chillies, cumin seeds together coarsely.
Add curry leaves and salt also while grinding.
Make thick adai and close it with a lid.
Cook it in medium heat with generous sprinkle of oil.
Remove the lid and flip the adai and cook for two more minutes.
Serve hot with onion chutney.
