Ragi Sweet Adai
Ingredients:
Ragi flour 1 cup
Powdered Jaggery 1 cup
Grated coconut 3 tbsp
Cardamom 3
Preparation Method:
Remove the skin and powder the cardamom seeds.
Add the jaggery to a bowl with 1/4 cup of water and bring to boil.
Filter the jaggery water.
Add the jaggery water to another bowl along with 3/4 cup water.
Bring it to boil.
Add cardamom powder and  grated coconut.
Add the ragi flour, stir it quickly and switch off the stove.
Close it with a lid.
Let it cool for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and make lemon sized balls.
Oil a thick plastic sheet and keep the ball in the centre.
Press it to 1/2 cm thickness.
Toast it in a medium heat with ghee.
Serve hot.
