Toor Dhal Adai

Ingredients:

Toor dal - 1/3 cup
Par Boiled rice - 1 cup
Scrapped coconut - 1/2 cup
Jeera - 1tbsp
Dry chillies - 2
Curry leaves - Few
Salt - to taste
Oil to sprinkle around Adai.
Cooking Method:

Soak rice and dal together for one hour. Grind all ingredients coarsely in blender.
Spread one scoop of the batter on a hot tawa(pan) to make  dosa and sprinkle oil around the dosa.
Wait till it is slightly roast and flip the dosa and let the other side also become crispy.
Remove from tawa(pan) and enjoy it with Onion chutney.
