CORIANDER AND MINT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:
1.Urad dhal  2 tsp
2.Bengal gram  4 tsp
3.Cumin seeds 1 tsp
4.Coriander leaves  A small bunch
5.Mint leaves  10
6.Grated coconut  2 tbsp
7.Green chillies 2
8.Lemon juice 2 tsp
9. Salt
10. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
11. Asafoetida  A pinch
PREPARATION METHOD:
a. Dry roast bengal gram and urad dhal and cumin seeds till golden.
b. Transfer it to the mixie.
c. Add a tsp oil to a pan and roast coconut,chilly and salt.
d. Switch off the heat and add coriander and mint leaves.
e. When it is cool add to the mixie and grind with little water.
f. Add lemon juice and grind smoothly.
g. Season it with mustard seeds and asafoetida.
Serve it with idlis and dosas.
