Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:
Garlic flakes big  10
Chilly powder  1 tsp 
Salt
Lemon  1
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves  A few
Asafoetida  A pinch
Preparation Method:
Grind garlic,chilly powder,salt and lemon juice with little water.
Heat 2 tsps  of oil in a tawa and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
Fry it till curry leaves turns crispy and add it to the garlic chutney.
Garlic chutney goes well with idlis and dosas.
