Pasalai Keerai Paruppu (Indian Spinach)

Pasalai keerai contains Iron,Magnesium and vitamins A,C and K.
It strengthens bones and fights cancer.
Prevents constipation and fights gastric ulcer.
Pasalai Keerai Paruppu
Ingredients:
Pasalai keerai leaves 2 cups
Tuar dhal 3 to 4  tbsp 
Garlic flakes  10  Cut it lengthwise
Red chillies 2 (Broken)
Salt
Urad dhal 2 tsp
 Preparation Method:
Pressure cook dhal and pasalai leaves in separate vessels.
Add 2 tbsp oil in a hot tawa and add urad dhal and garlic.
Fry till urad dhal turns golden and add chillies.
Add the keerai and dhal along with salt.
Mix well and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Serve with white rice and ghee.
