Masala For Dosa
Ingredients for Masala:
Potatoes  4
Onions 2
Ginger 1 inch
Salt
To grind:
Coconut 1/4 cup
Roasted gram 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Long Red chillies  3
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Curry leaves  A few
Preparation Method:
Pressure cook potatoes, peel it and cut it into big pieces.
Finely chop ginger.
Add 3 tbsp oil to a hot pan. 
Add chopped onions and ginger and fry till soft.
Add the ground paste and potatoes along with salt.
Add little water and mix well. 
Let it boil in medium flame till the gravy thickens.
Remove from heat.
Make dosa and spread 3 tbsp masala in the dosa.
Fold the dosa and serve hot.
