Ragi idly (Finger Millet)

Ragi is rich in calcium,  iron, proteins and minerals.
Ingredients:
Ragi rice 1 cup
Boiled rice 1 cup
Urad dhal  1/3 cup
Salt
Preparation Method:
Soak rice and ragi together in water  for one hour.
Soak urad dhal separately in water for one hour.
Grind the rice and ragi first,then urad dhal.
Mix both the batters  together along with salt.
Keep it aside for 12 hours.
After 12 hours make idlis .
Serve hot with any chutney.
