Horse Gram Idly

Ingredients:
Boiled rice 1 cup
Horse gram 1/4 cup
Urad dhal 1 tbsp
Salt
Preparation Method:
Soak horse gram in water 10 hours before grinding.
Soak boiled rice and urad dhal together 1 hour before grinding.
After one hour grind rice and then horse gram.
Transfer the batter to a bowl add salt and mix it well.
Keep it aside for 12 hours.
After 12 hours make idlies and serve it with chutney.
Urad dhal chutney suits well.

Horse gram is rich in Proteins,Vitamins,Iron and B complex.
It helps in reducing weight and extra fat, from the body.
The high amount of dietary fiber present in horse gram balances Blood Pressure and sugar glucose levels.
