RADISH SALAD

RADISH SALAD:

INGREDIENTS:

Raddish  (4 inch length)   2

Sour thick curds   1/2  cup  (One day old curd)

Mustard seeds 1/2  tsp

Turmeric powder   A pinch

Chilly powder     1/4 tsp ( 1/4  tsp)

Salt

PREPARATION METHOD:

Peel the raddish and cut it into thin slices in required shapes.

Dry grind mustard seeds and chilly powder.

Now add little curd and grind it into a smooth paste.

Add this paste to the curds along with raddish.

Add sufficient salt and mix well.

This salad goes well with curd rice, idly and dosa.
