INGREDIENTS:
Idlis 10
Big onion 2
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Roasted gram 1 tbsp
Red chillies 2
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt
PREPARATION METHOD:
Cut idlis into 1 inch cubes.
Cut onion into thin slices.
Grind coconut, coriander seeds, roasted gram and chillies with water.
Add turmeric powder,salt and asafoetida and grind well.
Transfer the ground paste in to a broad bowl and add cut idlis.
Now mix the idlis and ground paste evenly.
Add two tbsp oil to a hot pan and add mustard seeds.
Add onion and fry till onion becomes soft.
Add idlis to the pan and cook in high heat for few minutes.
Serve hot.
