Adai II

Ingredients:

Tuar dhal 1/4 cup Bengal gram 1/4 cup Dehusked broken green gram 1/4 cup Wheat rava 1/4 cup Raw rice 1/4 cup Boiled rice 1/4 cup Green chillies 3 to 4 Grated coconut 3/4 cup Cumin seeds 2 tsp Asafoetida 1/2 tsp Preparation method: Soak in water tuar dhal, bengal gram and dehusked green gram. Soak both rice together in water. Soak wheat rava separately. After one hour grind all soaked items together with little water. Add cumin seeds, chillies, asafoetida and coconut and grind coarsely. Make thick adai in the dosa pan and close it with lid. Flip the adai and cook it with generous sprinkle of oil and ghee. Serve hot with coconut chutney and ginger pickle.
