Tomato Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
1. Tomatoes (Medium size) 3 or 4
2. Boiled rice 1 cup
3. Raw rice 2 tbsp
4. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
5. Red chillies 3 to 4
6. Curry leaves and coriander leaves together 1/4 cup
7. Salt
8. Bengal gram 1 tbsp
9. Dehusked broken green gram 1 tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
a. Soak both rice varieties together in water for an hour.
b. Soak bengal gram and dehusked broken green gram together.
c. Grind rice, chillies, coconut, curry and coriander leaves together.
d. Add salt and tomatoes to the batter and grind smoothly.
e. Add the soaked gram varieties to the batter before making dosa.
f. Make dosa and serve hot with any chutney.
