Rasam Dosa
Ingredients for rasam:
Tuar dhal 1/4 cup
Tamarind paste 3 to 4 tbsp
Grated coconut 3 tbsp
Rasam Powder 1 and 1/2 to 2 tsp
Jaggery 2 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves and coriander leaves  A few
Ingredients for dosa:
Raw rice 1 cup
Boiled rice 1 cup 
Urad dhal 1/2 cup
Cooking soda 3 pinches.
Salt
Preparation Method for Dosa:
Soak raw rice and boiled rice together in water for an hour.
Soak urad dhal separately in water for an hour.
Grind both separately and mix together along with salt.
Keep it aside for 10 hours.
While making dosa add cooking soda and mix well.
Preparation method for Rasam:
Pressure cook tuar dhal.
Grind coconut and dhal together.
Boil 2 cups of water and add the ground paste.
Add rasam powder, jaggery and tamarind paste. 
Add salt, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Bring to boil and remove from heat.
Season it with mustard seeds and asafoetida.
Rasam should be little thick in consistency.
Make crispy Dosa and pour little rasam on the dosa and serve.
Serve hot with coconut chutney and onion chutney. 
While making dosa keep the stove in low flame.  
The dosa will be pale in colour.
