Samai-Mudakathan Dosa
Ingredients:
Samai rice 1/2 cup  (Panicum milliare)
Boiled rice 1/2 cup
Urad dhal 1 tbsp
Mudakathan leaves  1 cup  (Cardiosperum halicacabum/ballon vine)
Preparation Method:
Soak rice and samai in water along with urad dhal for an hour.
Soak the leaves in turmeric water for 2 minutes.
Wash well with plain water.
Grind all ingredients, add salt and keep it aside for 10 hours.
Make dosas and serve hot with onion chutney.
Preparation of turmeric water:
Take a bowl of  water and add 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
