Ginger Pachadi

Ingredients:

Ginger 1 inch Grated coconut 2 tbsp Green chilly 1 Tamarind paste 1 tsp Jaggery 1/2 tsp Salt Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Urad dhal 1 tsp Curry leaves A few Preparation Method: Grind ginger,coconut, green chilly together with water. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and urad dhal. Add curry leaves and add it to the pachadi. Add salt and jaggery to the pachadi and mix well. Serve hot with white rice and ghee.
