Sago Dosa
Ingredients:
Sago 1/4 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Thick sour curds 3 tbsp
Salt
Green chillies 3
Curry leaves and coriander leaves A few
Bengal gram 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Water 1 and 1/2 cup
Preparation Method:
Wash sago quickly and drain well.
Add sour curds, rice flour,water and salt to sago.
Mix well and keep it aside for 3 hours.
Grind curry leaves and green chillies with little water.
Add it to sago along with soaked bengal gram.
Season it with mustard seeds and asafoetida.
Add coriander leaves with sago.
Add water accordingly to make dosas.
Batter consistency must be thin and watery.
Serve hot with coconut chutney and onion chutney.
