Carrot Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
1.  Boiled rice  1  cup
2.  Raw rice  2 tbsp
3.  Grated coconut  1/2 cup
4.  Grated Carrots  2  (Medium size)
5.  Cumin seeds 2 tsp
6.  Red chillies  3
7.  Salt
PREPARATION METHOD:
a. Soak boiled rice and raw rice together in water for an hour.
b. Grind rice, coconut, carrot, chillies, cumin seeds and salt together.
c. Make dosa and serve hot with any chutney.
