Sago Upma
Ingredients:
Sago 1 cup
Peeled broken green gram 1/4 cup (Pasiparuppu)
Grated coconut 4 tbsp
Long green chillies 3
Lemon 1 (medium size)
Curry leaves and corianderleaves  A few
Salt
Broken cashews 6
Preparation Method:
Wash well the sago quickly and drain the water well.
Add one cup of water. 
Add required salt and mix well and close it with a lid.
Keep it aside for 4 hours.
Pressure cook green gram dhal with little water.
Dhal should be separate and soft.
Dry grind chillies,curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Add 4 tbsp oil to a hot tawa and add 1 tsp mustard seeds.
Add 2 tsp of urad dhal and 1 tbsp of bengal gram and cashews.
Fry till golden and add soaked sago and fry in a high heat.
Fry till sago becomes soft.
Sago will be soft with in 3 to 4 minutes.
Sprinkle little water if sago is hard.
Add ground paste and mix well.
Now add green gram dhal, grated coconut and mix it in medium heat.
Add little salt for green gram dhal alone and mix well.
Add lemon juice and mix well and remove from heat.
Lemon juice can be added as per taste.
Serve hot with vadu mangai.
