Ladies Finger Dosa
This simple vegetable helps us in many ways.
As it has high fiber contents it prevents diabetes and constipation.
Also prevents sun stoke and colon cancer.
Controls obesity, cholesterol levels and asthma.
It has Vitamin K benefits too.
Ingredients:
Boiled rice 1 cup
Ladies finger 10 Big
Raw rice 2 tbsp
Urad dhal 1 tbsp
Salt
Preparation Method:
Soak boiled rice, raw rice and urad dhal together in water for 1 hour.
Cut ladies finger in to small pieces.
Grind rice and ladies finger together.
Add salt and keep it aside for 12 hours.
After 12 hours make thick dosas than normal and enjoy with any chutney.
Though the batter is very slimy the cooked dosas will be crispy.
