|MYSORE PAK Ingredients: Fresh gram flour 1 cup Ghee 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar 2 cups PREPARATION METHOD: Melt ghee in a separate bowl and remove from heat. Add gram flour to the ghee and mix it well without lumps. Take a thick bottom pan, heat it and add sugar to the pan. Add 1/4 cup water and stir it till sugar dissolves. Add the ghee mixture and stir it continuously in medium to low heat. The mixture begins to boil after a few minutes. Bubbles will be formed in the top layer. Keep stirring continuously for few more minutes. After a few minutes the mixture will become thick. Bubbles will be formed in the bottom layer also. The mixture will not stick to the pan. And the entire mixture will be full of bubbles. Pour the mixture to a greased plate and move it in both sides. The mixture will spread evenly. After a few minutes cut it into desired shapes with a knife. PS: Keep stirring the mixture continuously till it is done.
