Raw Mango Pachadi
Ingredients:
Raw sour Mango Grated 1/4 cup
Long Green chillies 2 to 3
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Salt
Coriander leaves and curry leaves A few
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dhal 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Preparation Method:
Grind together mango, coconut, chillies and coriander leaves.
Grind it smoothly with little water.
Season it with mustard seeds, urad dhal and asafoetida.
Switch off the stove and add curry leaves with seasoning.
Mix well the pachadi and serve with hot rice.
Variation: 2 tbsp fresh curds can be added with the pachadi.
This also can be served with hot rice.
