Vellai Cholam Dosa
Ingredients:
Vellai Cholam 1 cup (Thattai cholam)
Boiled Rice 1 cup
Urad dhal 1/2 cup
Preparation Method:
Soak  cholam in water 5 hours before grinding.
Soak urad dhal and boiled rice separately,  1 hour before grinding.
Grind rice and cholam together.
Grind urad dhal separately.
Mix both together with salt and keep it aside for 10 hours.
After 10 hours make dosas and idlis.
Serve hot with any type of chutney and sambar.
