Ingredients:

Pasiparuppu 1 cup Bengal gram 1/2 cup Grated coconut 1/2 cup Green chillies 10 to 12 (As per your taste) Curry leaves and coriander leaves A few Salt Lemon 1 For seasoning: Mustard seeds 1 tsp Urad dhal 2 tsp Cashews 10 to 12 (broken) Preparation Method: Soak pasiparuppu and bengal gram dhal together in water for an hour. Grind it coarsely with very very little water. Add salt. One or two sprinkles of water is sufficient. Now make idlis and let it cool. Cut the idlis into tiny pieces. Grind green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves with little water. Heat a tawa and add 6 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dhal and broken cashews and fry till golden. Now add Ground paste and add salt (for the paste alone). Mix it well and add the idly pieces and mix well in medium heat. Add grated coconut and mix it for 4 to 5 minutes in medium heat. Now add the lemon juice and mix well and remove from heat. Serve hot with coconut chutney or mango pickle. http://vasanthees.wordpress.com
