Coconut chutney

Ingredients:
Coconut grated  5 tbsp
Roasted gram  2 and 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies 2 
Tamarind  1 inch
Salt
Coriander leaves and curry leaves  A  few
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Urad dhal 1 tsp
Asafoetida A pinch
Prepartion Method:
Dry grind  coconut, green chillies, tamarind and salt.
Add roasted gram, curry leaves and coriander leaves and dry grind again.
Add water and grind to a smooth paste.
Season it with spluttered mustard seeds, urad dhal and asafoetida.
Coconut chutney goes well  with all kinds of  Idlis and Dosas.
