Kambu Idly
|Ingredients:
Kambu (pearl millet)1 cup
Boiled rice 1cup
Urad dhal 1/2 cup
Fenu greek 2 tsp
Salt
Cooking Method:
Soak rice, kambu  together in water for 1 hour
Soak urad dhal and fenu greek in water separately for 1 hour
After 1 hour grind rice first then grind urad dhal
Now mix both and add salt and keep it aside for 12 hours
After 12 hours make idly and serve it with onion chutney and idly milagai podi with gingely oil
