Alagar Koil Dosai
|Ingredients:
Black gram dhal 1 cup
Raw rice 1 cup
Boiled rice 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Ghee 2tbsp (optional)
Oil 3tbsp
salt
Cooking Method:
Soak raw rice and boiled rice in water for 1 hour
Wash and soak black gram dhal for 1 hour
Grind well black gram dhal
grind rice coarsely
Mix both black gram dhal and Rice dough  and add salt .
Keep it asaide for 12 hours
After 12 hours add ghee and oil in a hot pan
Add the powdered cumin seeds and black pepper in the pan add that to the dosa batter and mix well
Thickly spread one laddle of batter in hot pan and toast it in medium flame with little more oil or ghee
Make crispy dosa and serve it with coconut chutney
