Cumin seeds Thuvaiyal

Ingredients:
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Grated coconut  5  tbsp
dry chilly  1  big
Bengal gram  (kadalai paruppu)  3  tsp
Urad dhal  2  tbsp
Tamarindpaste 1/2 tsp  Salt
Jaggery 1 tsp  (optional)

Cooking Method:
Add 1 tsp oil in a hot pan.
Add cumin seeds,  bengal gram, urad dhal, dry chilly and roast it till both  bengal gram and urad  dhal turn golden brown.
Then add coconut,  salt and roast it for a minute .  Let it cool for 15 mins..
Then, grind it in to a paste coarsely
