Onion Chutney

Ingredients:
Onion – 1 big
Red chilly – 1
Jaggery – 1tsp
Tamarind paste – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste

Cooking Method:
Fry all the ingredients with little oil except tamarind and jaggery.
Once the mixture is cool blend it in blender along with jaggery and tamarind paste without adding water. Grind till it is smooth.
Season it with spluttered mustard and urad dhal.

Onion chutney can be taken as a sidedish for dosas, Idlis, Uthappam, kuzhi paniyaram etc
