|POTATO CURRY
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 2oo grams
Garlic 5 flakes
Chilly powder 1/4 tsp (Or as per requirement)
Salt
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
PREPARATION METHOD:
Peel potatoes and cut it into desired shape.
Add 4 tsp of oil to a pan and add finely cut garlic pieces.
Fry till golden and then add potatoes.
Fry in a high flame for two minutes.
Add salt, turmeric powder and sufficient water.
Close the pan with a lid and cook in a medium flame.
After two minutes, open the lid and mix gently and close it again.
When potatoes are soft, add chilly powder and mix gently.
Switch off the stove.
Serve hot with white rice.
