ROASTED GRAM KULAMBU

This is a simple and tasty dish and easy to prepare.
This is different and yummy in taste too.
INGREDIENTS:
Big onion  2 
Tomatoes  2 (Medium in size)
Roasted gram  3 tsp
Grated coconut 1 tbsp
Green chillies  2
Salt
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida  1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp

PREPARATION METHOD:
Cut onions lengthwise and tomatoes into small pieces.
Add 2 tbsp oil to a hot pan and add mustard seeds.
Add asafoetida and onions and fry in a high heat for a minute.
Reduce the heat and add turmeric powder and curry leaves.
When the onion becomes soft, add cut tomatoes and fry in a high heat. 
After two minutes reduce the heat to minimum and close the pan with a lid.
Grind roasted gram, coconut and green chillies with water.
Add the paste, water and salt to the pan and mix well.
When the kulambu boils remove it from heat.
Serve hot with hot idly and dosa.
