KURMA INGREDIENTS:

1) Beetroot 1 small 2) Cauliflower small 1/2 3) Potato 1 4) Carrot 1 5) Big onions 2 6) Salt 7) Sugar 1 tsp For grinding: 1) Grated coconut 3 tbsp 2) Poppy seeds 1 tbsp 3) Coriander seeds 2 tsp 4) Red chillies 2 5) Roasted gram 2 tsp 6) Ginger 1/2 inch 7) Tomato 2 medium size 8) Garlic flakes 2 to 3 9) Coriander leaves A few PREPARATION METHOD: a) Cut all the vegetables in to big pieces. b) Pressure cook them with little water for one whistle. c) Cut onions length wise. d) Dry grind poppy seeds, roasted gram, coriander seeds and chillies. e) Now, along with that grind other ingredients with sufficient water. f) Add 2 tbsp oil to a hot pan and add onions and fry in high heat. g) When the onion becomes soft add cooked vegetables. h) Add ground paste, salt and sugar and mix gently. i) Cook in medium flame till it boils. j) Switch off the stove and serve hot with hot rotis, pulkas and pooris.
