Rava Roti
Ingredients:
Rava 1 cup
Grated carrot 1/3 cup 
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Finely chopped onions 1/3 cup
Finely cut green chillies  1 tbsp
Cut coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt
Preparation Method:
Remove the seeds from green chillies  and cut it finely.
Add all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix it with salt.
Take  a laddle of this mixture in  a separate bowl.
Sprinkle very little water which is sufficient to spread. Mix well.
Make a ball and spread it thin on a dosa pan and now heat the pan.
When the pan is hot add oil to the roti.
When the roti is done in one side, switch off the stove and flip the roti.
Remove the roti after a minute and wash the dosa pan till the pan becomes cool.
Again take a laddle of the mixture in a separate bowl and sprinkle little water.
Mix it well and make a ball and spread the ball on the pan thin.
Now keep the pan on heat and toast the roti in high flame with oil.
When the roti is cooked well, switch off the stove and flip the roti.
Serve hot with onion chutney.
Using 2 pans will help quick preparation.
