MASAL PORI (PUFFED RICE)

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Pori 50 grams (Or as per requirement)
Big onion 1 (Finely cut)
Carrot 1 (Medium size) (Grated)
Grated coconut 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves A handful
Ginger 1/2 inch
Green chilly 1
Salt
Coconut oil
Roasted groundnuts 2 tbsp
Roasted gram 2 tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
Dry grind coconut,ginger, coriander leaves,green chilly and salt.
Add a teaspoon of this mixture to a dry bowl.
Add 2 tsp grated carrot, 2 tsp onion and 1 tsp coconut oil to the bowl.
Add roasted gram and roasted groundnuts as per requirement.
Mix well with a dry spoon and check for taste.
Add 1/2 cup of puffed rice to the bowl and mix quickly.
Serve immediately.
This is a tasty evening snack.
PS: This masal pori should be consumed as soon as prepared.
Or else it will become soft.
Prepare for each and every person separately.
All the vegetables used, should be in room temperature.
